Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no setup fee, no cancellation fee.
What exactly is the AI Associate?
An AI chat agent that lives on your website. We train it on your business — hours, services, prices, your story — and it answers visitor questions, captures leads, and books appointments 24/7. It's AI, not a person. On the Front Office and Partner plans, a real person also follows up on your leads.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name, in your account. We just point its DNS at our hosting — we never transfer it.
What about my email?
We never touch your email. Pointing your domain at our hosting doesn't change where your email lives — it keeps working exactly as it does today.
How fast can I be live?
Days, not months. A 15-minute call, a rough mockup the same day, and most sites go from first call to live in under a week.
What does founder pricing mean?
The first 10 founding clients lock the founder price on their plan for life — as long as you stay on, your price never goes up. After the first 10, standard pricing applies.
